Custom AI systems, built into your process — and actually shipped.
Everyone can prompt. Almost no one can ship and run it.
Getting an answer out of ChatGPT is easy. Turning it into a production system — that fits your workflow, respects your data, holds up under real use, and is actually deployed and documented — is a different job. Building is one skill; getting it live is another. I have both.
Where this shows up
Internal tools & automations
Custom apps + workflow automations that kill the manual grind.
RAG & content systems
AI that writes in your voice + your rules — not generic slop.
Data pipelines & agents
Pulling, structuring, and acting on your data — reliably, at scale.
Integrations into your stack
AI wired into the tools you already use — not another login.
Deployment & getting it live
Hetzner, Coolify, GitHub CI/CD — I ship it to a real platform and document it, not hand you code and vanish.
…or something you wish existed
If you can describe the problem — even vaguely — I can usually build the tool.
14 systems I've already shipped
Each one could be a standalone product. I built them into one platform. Browse the whole toolbox — no need to email me to ask "what else?"

From "I wish this existed" to live
Paid discovery
A working session — I map the real problem + hand you a direction. Includes ~1 hr of consultation. Not a free brain-pick.
Scoped quote
A written outline of exactly what we build — protects us both, no surprises.
Build, deploy & document
I do the work, ship it to your stack, and hand over docs — not just code.
Handoff & support
You own the result and know how it runs. I'm here when you need changes.
How engagements work
- Every engagement = a written scope + fixed outline
- Hourly reference: from $500/hr — negotiable down on larger scope
- Not a "buy 5 hours" vendor — I quote the outcome
Start with a paid discovery
The front door to any project — and it's de-risked: you get ~1 hour of consultation + a written direction, so you see real value (and whether we're a fit) before any big commitment.
includes a working consult · priced to the engagementQuestions people actually ask
Why not hire offshore for $50/hr?
Because that gets you code, not a working system. They hand you a repo and say "good luck" — then you're on your own for hosting, deploys, which services, and docs. I build it and get it live (Hetzner, Coolify, CI/CD) and document it. Building is one skill; shipping is another — I do both.
What if I don't even know what I need?
That's the discovery. I'll assess the situation and tell you what will actually work — including the right approach and services — before anything gets built.
Why project-based, not hourly?
You're buying an outcome + a written scope that protects you — not a meter running while I figure things out.
Do you work in my existing stack?
Yes — I build into the tools you already use, and I know how to deploy on whatever platform you're on.
