Fees, invoicing schedule, and payment terms are set out in your individual engagement agreement. Invoices are issued through our billing provider and are due as stated on each invoice.

Content on this site is owned by Jack Morrow Marketing, LLC. Ownership of work produced during an engagement — and the treatment of any pre-existing intellectual property — is governed by your engagement agreement.

We treat non-public information you share during an engagement as confidential and use it only to perform the work, except where disclosure is required by law.

The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jack Morrow Marketing, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Either party may end an engagement as described in the applicable engagement agreement. We may also restrict access to the site if it is misused.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
